Fast growing Arboriculture industry success story

Ever expanding and diversifying, our valued arboriculture client recently travelled with us to the UK, once again, to utilise our overseas hiring expertise.

Specialist arborist technician positions are in high demand with the current boom leading our client to look offshore to interview for a number of positions currently on the immediate skill shortage list in New Zealand.

Regional overgrowth and urban spread due to population growth are contributing factors to the lack of skilled arboriculture workers in New Zealand. There’s also a need for more skilled workers to train up apprentices in the industry.

Our client, the council’s biggest contractor of arborists, has always had a high level of hiring success through our overseas interviews and their most recent trip exceeded expectations once more. With a 90% hiring outcome, we’re already talking about the next trip and putting plans in place.
